Thinking ahead doesn’t mean that you have to sacrifice the variety of your meals, you can create several meals in advance so you have your evenings to yourself, either to unwind after a workout or even give you some extra time at the gym without having to worry about slaving over a hot stove after a hard day at work.

Losing weight is a serious business and keeping track of your goals and achievements is crucial!

Keeping track of what you have eaten, what exercises you have done and what you weigh can be the difference between staying on track or blowing the diet completely. Studies have shown that when we keep a track of our progress we’re more likely to stick to our goals as we’re holding ourselves accountable.

Our final tip is a simple one, yet highly effective! If you get a craving for some junk food, whether it’s a tub of Ben & Jerry’s or a family size galaxy bar, all you need to do is ask yourself one question ‘Is it Worth it?’, it might sound incredibly simple, but actually asking yourself this question out loud will help your brain center on the consequences of a chocolate fueled binge! We’re not saying you can’t have a treat, but it is about making healthy choices, such as replacing that Dairy Milk for a good quality dark chocolate.
